Sujith Arramreddy

Sujith Arramreddy
Co-Founder

Sujith leads Aizen’s engineering efforts, shaping the platform’s architecture and technical vision. With a deep background in building high-performance enterprise solutions, he brings extensive expertise in system architecture, scalability, and next-generation computing.

As a serial entrepreneur, Sujith has co-founded multiple technology companies, shaping industry-defining advancements in enterprise computing. In 2016, he co-founded Attala Systems, where he developed a cutting-edge disaggregated storage solution for enterprise and data center markets.

Prior to that, he co-founded ServerEngines, serving as CTO and leading the company’s engineering efforts until its acquisition by Emulex, where he continued in the CTO role.

Earlier in his career, Sujith was a co-founder and CTO of ServerWorks, helping to establish the company as a dominant force in enterprise infrastructure before its acquisition by Broadcom. Sujith’s career reflects a commitment to technical excellence and strategic innovation, making him a key driver of Aizen’s mission to transform AI infrastructure.

Sai leads engineering and operations at Aizen, bringing a proven history of entrepreneurial success and technical innovation to drive the company’s growth and strategic vision.

Prior to launching Aizen, Sai co-founded several technology companies with transformative exits, showcasing exceptional leadership in engineering and product development.

Most recently, he co-founded Attala Systems in 2016, delivering a disaggregated storage solution for enterprise and data center markets. Previously, Sai co-founded ServerEngines, where he led engineering and operations across multiple product lines. Following its acquisition by Emulex, Sai continued to lead ASIC Engineering, driving innovation in high-performance systems.

Earlier in his career, Sai co-founded ServerWorks and served as VP of Engineering, spearheading the development of five product generations that achieved over 90% market share before the company was acquired by Broadcom. Sai holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Rao Kakarlamudi

Rao leads enterprise customer engagements at Aizen, leveraging over 30 years of experience as a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur in designing and building highly scalable, mission-critical AI, BI, and transaction systems for global enterprises. Prior to launching Aizen, Rao co-founded Esgyn, an all-in-one enterprise platform for big data processing, built on Apache Trafodion and Apache HBase.

As a key member of the executive team, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from inception to a valuation of $80 million. Rao led product architecture and strategy, contributed to go-to-market activities, and developed product roadmaps that successfully catered to Fortune 100 customers across various industries.

Earlier in his career at Hewlett-Packard, Rao served as a Senior Data Management Architect, leading the architecture and development of a workload management system for a Massively Parallel Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platform.

Rao’s engineering expertise includes previous roles at Compaq Computer and Tandem Computers, where he contributed to cutting-edge data solutions. He earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nevada.

Anoop Sharma

Anoop Sharma

Anoop is a founding engineer at Aizen, contributing to the development and use of SQL, Spark, expressions, and metadata components for the platform. Prior to Aizen, Anoop was the Chief Architect and Co-Founder of Esgyn, an all-in-one enterprise platform for big data processing, built on Apache Trafodion and Apache HBase.

At Esgyn, he set the company’s technical direction and worked on both enterprise (EsgynDB) and open-source solutions. Before Esgyn, he was a Lead Architect and Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett-Packard, designing and building parallel distributed database systems such as Seaquest, Seahive, Trafodion, and Neoview.

Anoop has contributed to open-source projects like Apache Trafodion, holds multiple patents in database and parallel DBMS technologies, and is a recipient of the highly prestigious ACM Software Systems Award. He earned his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Anuradha is a founding engineer at Aizen and a key contributor to the platform’s core engineering efforts, focusing on security, connectivity, and client services. Before Aizen, Anuradha was a Principal Software Engineer at Esgyn, an all-in-one enterprise platform for big data processing, built on Apache Trafodion and Apache HBase.

At Esgyn, she advanced Trafodion/EsgynDB’s database security, client connectivity, and management services using ODBC/JDBC. She also worked closely with customers to optimize applications for EsgynDB and integrated third-party tools for enhanced functionality. Earlier, at Hewlett-Packard, she contributed to porting SeqQuest’s connectivity layer to the Hadoop ecosystem for Apache Trafodion, focusing on database authentication and client security services.

As an agile scrum master, she coordinated teams to deliver on project goals and deadlines. Anuradha’s contributions to Apache Trafodion reflect her dedication to advancing open-source database technologies.

Head of Engineering (India)

Siva is the Head of Engineering (India) at Aizen, where he oversees customer engagements, product module implementations, and the offshore engineering team in India.

Before joining Aizen, Siva served as the Head of Development Practice at Intellect Design Arena, where he spearheaded a technology transformation program for one of the top 10 UK financial institutions.

He brings extensive expertise in designing, developing, and delivering user-friendly, data-driven web applications. He earned his B.E. in Engineering from University of Madras and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nevada.

Venkat is a founding engineer at Aizen, where he drives the platform’s security, manageability, and infrastructure development. Before joining Aizen, Venkat was a founding member of Esgyn, an all-in-one enterprise platform for big data processing, built on Apache Trafodion and Apache HBase. At Esgyn, he led the manageability and UI teams, creating intuitive tools for database administration.

Earlier in his career, Venkat was a Senior Master Technologist at Hewlett-Packard, where he focused on the manageability and observability of real-time database platforms. As an active contributor to the open-source community, Venkat has helped advance collaboration and innovation in the field.

Vijay Immanuel

Vijay Immanuel
Founding Engineer

Vijay is a founding engineer at Aizen, where he drives the design and development of the Aizen ML platform.

His work spans the platform’s architecture, with a particular focus on storage, on-demand GPU scheduling, deep learning algorithms, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks. Before joining Aizen, Vijay held engineering roles at Intel and Hewlett-Packard.

At Intel, he was an Architect in the Programmable Solutions Group, designing virtualization software for FPGA-based network devices. He began his career at HP as a software engineer, focusing on storage and RDMA technologies. Throughout his career, Vijay has contributed fixes to Linux kernel drivers and made key enhancements to the Ludwig AI framework.

Vijay holds multiple patents related to storage encryption and continues to innovate at the intersection of AI and infrastructure.

Anand leads product strategy initiatives at Aizen to align the platform’s capabilities with enterprise needs across industries.

He is a global product and solutions leader with over 20 years of experience bringing innovative enterprise technologies to market. Prior to Aizen, Anand led product strategy and marketing at Irth Solutions and held leadership positions at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Computer Associates (now Broadcom), Verifone, and Omniquo.

He began his career in software engineering roles at Nortel and Fore Systems.

Anand earned his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.

Arnav leads Aizen’s corporate development initiatives and focuses on the company’s strategic partnerships and growth opportunities. Prior to joining Aizen, Arnav was a founding member of Hg Capital’s San Francisco office, where he focused on B2B software investments across North America.

He started his career at Guggenheim Partners in their technology investment banking group, where he advised software clients on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions. Arnav holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
